Cooper & Rowan Construction Limited are a small Bromsgrove-based building company established since 2002 – which
offer a complete building and project management service. The company specialise in both domestic and commercial extensions,
conversions, refurbishment and new-build projects with most of their work in and around the Worcestershire area - in particular
Hanbury, Blackwell and Barnt Green.
Cooper & Rowan have established a reputation for integrity, consistent high quality and a breadth of knowledge in all
phases of construction. Our earned reputation for all projects - large and small has provided us with new and repeat
business through customer and architects’ recommendations. We are listed with Worcester Trading Standards on their official
Trader Register and have completed projects for Worcester Diocese and Worcester Local Education Authority.
Directors Steve Cooper and Paul Rowan have over 40 years combined experience of working within the construction industry
and are proud of the fact that the majority of the companys’ work is undertaken by their own directly employed skilled
workforce, thus ensuring a consistently high level of work. For additional services which require specialist contractors i.e.
qualified electricians, plumbers and specialist joiners – we have affiliations with well established local tradesmen
- these affiliations have been established through many years of business and co-operation with one another.
